Acrylic & aerosol on stretched canvas 45 x 61cm with the edges painted black and ready to hang.
This painting is based on a photo I took of the Spread Eagle pub in Richmond, but it could easily be anywhere in Australia as the classic Aussie pub is easily recognised by the exterior feature tiles, awnings, and the occasional dog waiting outside whilst its’ master has a quick drink on their evening “walk”!
This original painting is based on my own photograph, and was created using a combination of palette knife and impasto paint, overlaid with spray paint utilising hand cut stencils.
