Frequently Asked Questions by Collectors

What is a stencil painting?

It's a complex process involving many artistic disciplines - photography, digital manipulation, intricate hand cutting of layers, spray painting, hand painted elements and even collage. To see it in action watch the video on my about page or follow me on Instagram - @geoffcunninghamart

Are all of your artworks original?

Yes, I do however make iterations from the same set of stencils. But I ensure each piece is different by changing the colours, cropping and even the narrative can be changed by introducing new "heroes" in the painting.
